The Bronzeville Community Development Partnership, in partnership with the EV Institute and Illinois Alliance for Clean Transportation, hosted the Future of Transit Town Hall – Bronzeville on Monday, July 28, 2025, from 12-1:30PM (CDT), a community event to discuss bus transportation improvements in Chicago and the Bronzeville community.

Attendees had the opportunity to hear from the Chicago Department of Transportation, the Chicago Transit Authority, and the Better Streets for Buses program about transportation options and the Better Streets for Buses Plan, which aims to provide faster, safer and more reliable bus service across Chicago.

The event was hybrid, offering both in-person or virtual attendance options.

The meeting was held at the Bronzeville Community Development Partnership, located at 2416 S Michigan Ave, Chicago, IL 60616.
