The Illinois Alliance for Clean Transportation and ComEd hosted a one-hour virtual event to learn more about ComEd’s plans to support electric vehicles (EVs) in their service territory.

Stakeholders had a chance to hear from ComEd’s Director of Distribution Planning and Smart Grid, Pat Arns, and others about the utility’s approaches to distribution capacity planning, customer
engagement, and project implementation.

Community of the Future department shared best practices and lessons learned in deploying EV
charging to serve multi-unit dwelling residents in Chicago’s Bronzeville neighborhood.
